? We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist! | Osimo (AN), Italy

Inission Power S.p.A. designs, manufactures and markets customized and standard power supplies, electronic control boards, LED drivers and high-power LED modules for industrial, energy, rail, defense, medical and lighting applications.

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to manage assigned customer accounts throughout the order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring accurate orders, timely communication and effective coordination with our internal teams.

? Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer orders, changes, forecasts and order confirmations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Coordinating deliveries and keeping customers informed.
- Handling complaints, returns and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
- Supporting Finance with payment monitoring and reminders.
- Maintaining accurate customer data and documentation.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and contributing to service improvements.

? What we’re looking for:

- A secondary school diploma or university degree, preferably in business, languages, management or a technical discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service,



Sales Operations or order management within B2B industrial electronics or electromechanical companies.
- Excellent Italian and at least B2-level English, both written and spoken.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365 applications:

Excel and Outlook.

- Experience with customer order management, forecasting, shipping procedures, returns and invoicing processes.

Experience in an international manufacturing environment and familiarity with Incoterms and export documentation would be an advantage.
