Finatal is working with a leading private equity-backed multi-site retail business that is seeking a CFO to drive the next chapter of growth. This is a €200m business currently undergoing a buy-and-build strategy, and they require someone who can implement new ERP, drive M&A; and integration, and make the business increasingly data-led in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on creating a new TOM in line with the growth along with potential international expansion.
Working directly with one of the most experienced investor groups in the market, you'll have full ownership of the finance agenda within the senior leadership team. This is a high-profile role offering significant exposure to shareholders and the opportunity to influence Board-level decision-making. You must be fluent in Italian and available to be on-site four days per week.
