Role Description The Addetta Hospitality role is a full-time, on-site position based in Genoa at Marina Genova. This role focuses on welcoming guests, visitors, and yacht crews, providing accurate information about the marina, the village, and resort services, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Daily tasks include assisting with check-ins and check-outs at hospitality desks or hotel reception, managing reservations and inquiries, and coordinating with food & beverage outlets, shops, and marina services to meet guest needs.

Hospitality professional handles phone, email, and in-person communication, supports special events or guest activities, and helps resolve issues promptly and courteously. This role may also involve basic administrative duties, maintaining a tidy and professional front-of-house environment, and collaborating with colleagues to uphold Marina Genova’s service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills, with a focus on delivering attentive, courteous, and solution-oriented support.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with international guests and diverse teams.
- Candidates should possess Hospitality Service and Food & Beverage skills, enabling effective support for restaurant, bar, and event operations within the marina and resort.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or front-of-house roles is highly beneficial.
- Good spoken and written Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and reliability in managing reservations, guest requests, and administrative tasks.
- Comfort with basic computer systems and reservation or CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
