Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a newly qualified Lawyer for the Corporate M&A; department for the Turin office.
The selected person, included in the work team, will be able to deepen the following areas:
Corporate Law
Commercial law
Commercial contracts
Extraordinary transactions and M&A;
Corporate.
Requirements:
Degree in Law, brilliantly obtained
At least 1-2 years of experience on the above subjects
Excellent command of the English language
Motivation for professional activity
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
It will be a preferential requirement to have already gained experience in a similar field in structured firms.
The growth path includes, together with on-the-job training, specific programs and continuous professional training.
