In this role you will support senior associates and partners in advising national and international clients on a broad range of employment matters. You will handle general and strategic advice, contentious issues, and management of trade union relations, including social security law. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating employment agreements and related commercial contracts, and managing complex and routine cases such as compliance, internal investigations, and disciplinary matters. Managing and advising on strategic employment law risks and issues




Drafting, advising on and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and related commercial agreements involving employment matters

3–4 PQE in employment law (estimated)
