YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead procurement activities within NPI and innovation projects, ensuring full procurement contribution to successful product development and industrialization Act as the primary procurement representative within cross-functional product development teams Provide functional leadership and guidance to NPI procurement buyers on sourcing strategies and supplier engagement models Promote and actively engage interplay with commodity teams to ensure effective execution of commodity strategies since the early stages of the projects Drive early supplier involvement during product design phases to identify cost optimization, standardization and innovation opportunities Ensure procurement integration from the earliest project stages, supporting design-to-cost, target costing, value engineering and multi-sourcing initiatives Coordinate with commodity teams supplier nomination, qualification and onboarding activities for new products and technologies Manage all project procurement-related interfaces between R&D;, Engineering, Project Management, and Operations Monitor procurement readiness for product launches, including supplier capacity, tooling, lead times, material availability and risk mitigation plans Lead procurement risk assessments for innovation projects and define mitigation strategies together with Commodity Managers,



Supplier Quality and Engineering teams Build and maintain long-term strategic supplier partnerships to secure competitiveness, innovation and supply continuity Drive supplier segmentation, performance management, periodic business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical discipline Several years of experience leading procurement NPI team or Project Buyer Proven experience in market and supplier analysis Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams in dynamic operational environments Strong organizational skills, reliability and the ability to effectively manage priorities and unforeseen situations Experience in scouting new technologies and evaluating potential suppliers Expertise in introducing and/or optimizing procurement tools and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders Experience in the E-Mobility sector is considered a plus OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Total compensation starting from €74,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable premio based on goal achievement Additional company benefits
