GROUPS & EVENTS INTERN
Excelsior Hotel Gallia is looking for an intern to join the Events Department.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities and manage the organization of events
Handle client relations by gathering information and specific requests
Support the planning and conceptualization of events
Research and allocate spaces to exhibitors
Collaborate with internal departments (F&B;, housekeeping, front office) to ensure efficient service
Carry out internal reporting activities
Prepare promotional and illustrative materials
Create and send service orders (BEO – Banquet Event Orders)
Requirements:
Precision, organization, and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
English

Italian
fluent proficiency
