Slack, part of Salesforce, is the system of engagement for the Agentic Enterprise — the layer where employees, AI agents, and enterprise data meet to get work done.
In this role, you'll run a high-velocity book of accounts, combining fast discovery conversations with a disciplined sales process to drive new and expanding Slack business, while partnering closely with Salesforce Core Account Executives to unlock opportunities across your territory.What You'll Actually Be DoingOwn the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close — across a high volume of parallel, shorter-cycle deals.Build relationships with business and departmental leaders, positioning Slack's AI capabilities (including Enterprise Search, an AI-powered search tool, and Slackbot, Slack's AI assistant) as the solution to their challenges.Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to co-sell, demo,



and tailor solutions across your territory.Develop ROI-driven business cases that ground Slack AI recommendations in measurable productivity and cost outcomes.You're Our Person If...You are fluent in Italian and English.You have a proven track record as a quota-carrying SaaS sales professional, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.You can manage a large, high-velocity pipeline with strong time management and forecasting discipline.You have exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor value propositions to customer needs.Even Better If...You have experience selling collaboration, productivity, or enterprise software solutions.You have experience selling into Financial Services, Retail/Consumer, Manufacturing/Automotive, or Energy & Utilities.You have working familiarity with AI concepts — enough to self-serve a first-call demo of AI assistants and search tools.You've worked in team-selling environments, aligning with core Account Executives and partners.
