ResponsabilitàOwn specific workstreams within the annual strategy planning process from framing to final documentation
Develop benchmarking, scenario analyses, and ad-hoc studies leveraging external data and proprietary assets
Conduct periodic reviews of Business Units' strategies and market positions
Prepare Board-level and investor-facing materials (Strategy Day, Investor Day, quarterly updates)
Lead KPI monitoring: track plan delivery,



synthesize findings, brief senior stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentaliMSc or equivalent in economics, finance, engineering, management, or related fields
5-7 years' experience in insurance, financial services, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related areas
Structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis
Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills (scenario analysis, KPI frameworks, value driver trees, business cases)
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar tools a plus
Solid understanding of insurance and financial services business models, dynamics, profitability drivers
Ability to prepare clear executive materials for senior management, Board, and investor contexts
Practical familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity solutions in analytics workflows
