The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process, meeting quality, safety, cost, and delivery targets. This role is a key link between the Production Manager and the shopfloor workforce, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement initiatives, and employee engagement while guaranteeing compliance with company standards and procedures. /ppstrongMain Tasks /strong /pulliSupervise and coordinate production operators during shifts, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. /liliPlan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to ensure customer requirements and production targets are achieved. /liliMonitor production KPIs and analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions. /liliEnsure the availability and accuracy of raw materials in production and coordinate raw material orders when required. /liliCollaborate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient production processes and prompt resolution of operational issues. /liliLead and support continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing activities, and 5S implementation within the production area.



/liliParticipate in production-related projects, equipment improvements, and investment activities aimed at increasing efficiency, quality, and safety. /liliEnsure compliance with EHS policies and promote a strong safety culture within the production team. /liliConduct root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions to improve operational performance. /liliMonitor scrap levels, lead variance, production efficiency, and other operational metrics through regular reporting activities. /liliParticipate in physical inventories and support stock accuracy initiatives. /liliContribute to maintaining the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliDegree in Engineering or any technical field /liliPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within automotive or high-volume production industries. /liliStrong knowledge of production processes, industrial equipment, and manufacturing operations. /liliFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /liliGood knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP and manufacturing systems is considered an advantage. /liliStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis methodologies. /liliStrong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic production environment. /liliProactive mindset with a continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing approach. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact across different organizational levels. xjncmbx /li /ulpExide offers the opportunity to join a multinational company with an attractive salary package, company meal services, and the possibility to grow in an international environment through cross-functional projects and career development opportunities. /p
