**Project Manager, Up to 70,000 Euros + Benefits, Milan (Italy), Global Media Company, ASAP Start** **Overview of the Company**:
This company is a leading global provider of broadcast services and media solutions for live events. The company is a global organisation and due to recent acquisition of new business we are looking for a Project Manager to help with the integration of these businesses into the wider group. Typically you will deal with 3-4 projects at anyone time.**Duties of the Senior Project Manager**:
To work alongside the PMO team, the Country Lead and Executive Sponsor to ensure delivery of local integration projects.
- To ensure that initiative timescales are agreed and adhered to, whilst safeguarding the integrity of teams and individuals- Develop and manage project plan for assigned initiatives
- Liaise with Country Leads, Executive Sponsors, and PMO to ensure alignment and awareness of progress
- Ensure clarity on project scope with key stakeholders
- Play active role driving decision-making and outcomes for initiatives
- Identify additional cost and vantaggi opportunities
- Develop project-specific communication plan and materials
- Identify dependencies across projects
- Manage and escalate risks and issues
- Identify project resource needs




- Develop materials and updates for Steering Committee, PMO and other key forums
- Proactively manage dependencies across projects
- Establish direction, priorities, and success measures for assigned initiatives
- Deliver agreed upon scope and deliverables as outlined in project plan
- Ensure alignment of leadership and key stakeholders through status updates and other channels
- Support ad hoc requests
- Proactively plan for and mitigate any risks and issues **Ideal Background**:
Experience and proven success in project management
- Experience of Transformation Projects would be an advantage to this role
- 3-5 years project / program management experience and understanding of project management lifecycle and tools (project plans, status reports, etc.)
- Demonstrated delivery of complex projects with adherence to plan
- Confident in both written and spoken English
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Able to successfully deliver in a matrixed and geographically dispersed environment
- Preference: Broadcast industry experience / project management certificates an advantage but not essential
