We are looking for a dynamic and professional **F&B; Reservation Agent** for our 5-star luxury hotel, located in the heart of Milan’s fashion district. Our hotel combines sophisticated elegance with mínimalist design, offering a unique experience to our guests through refined restaurants, an exclusive spa, and bespoke service. **Main Responsibilities**: - Handle administrative tasks and data management using a PC and Microsoft Office (including Excel);
- Manage restaurant and bar reservations, monitoring the reservation book and table occupancy;
- Answer telephone calls according to company standards and provide information about the restaurant and hotel services;
- Welcome guests professionally and courteously, escorting them to their tables and ensuring a flawless experience;
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or issues promptly;
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience. **Requirements**:



- Fluent in **Italian and English** (additional languages are a plus);
- Previous experience as an **F&B; Hostess** or in similar roles within luxury dining environments;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure;
- Excellent professional appearance and demeanor;
- Proficiency in main IT tools and Microsoft Office. **Additional Information**: - Contract type: Full-Time, 6 months;
