We are seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented **Reception Intern** to join our Corporate Academy team. **Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist international guests upon arrival, providing a courteous and professional first point of contact.
- Manage guest registration, sign‑in procedures, and distribution of training materials.
- Provide logístical support to ensure seamless execution of Academy sessions (room setup, schedules, supplies, etc.).
- Offer guidance and information regarding Academy facilities, daily agendas, and corporate protocols.
- Coordinate with internal teams (training staff, facilities, catering, IT) to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area aligned with company standards.
- Support administrative tasks such as updating attendance lists, managing documentation, and preparing welcome kits. **Skills & Competencies**
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program (e.g., Languages, Hospitality, Business Administration, Communication,



or related fields).
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus, especially if relevant for international guests.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment with sensitivity and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
