In this role you will design and deliver global training initiatives that align with Technogym’s HR strategy and culture. You’ll build onboarding, performance and talent programs, and manage the Technogym Academy infrastructure. As a key HR contact, you’ll support management and staff with development and learning needs. You will shape the e-learning experience and track KPIs to continuously improve impact, scale, and efficiency.
