team leadership & development: coach, develop and manage a high‑performing team of key account managers, conduct performance reviews and plan succession.
commercial execution: achieve sales volume and market‑share targets, implement territory and account planning, ensure accurate forecasting and kpi monitoring.
strategic cross‑functional collaboration: translate brand strategy into field execution, work closely with medical, marketing and country leadership, provide market insights and competitive intelligence.
operational excellence: use crm systems (e.g., veeva) to guarantee data quality,



support incentive compensation plans and reporting.
customer engagement: drive high‑quality hcp engagement, develop tailored value propositions and strengthen customer relationships.
compliance & governance: ensure adherence to local regulations, company policies, promotional and pharmacovigilance requirements.
qualifications

proven experience in pharmaceutical sales with leadership responsibility.
strong track record of delivering commercial results.
experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
fluency in italian and english.
proficiency with crm systems (e.g., veeva) and ms office.

compensation

base salary range €97,800 – €132,300 per year, plus annual short‑term and long‑term incentive awards
and competitive benefits.
