The gross annual remuneration envisaged for the role ranges between 90.000 and 95.000. The determination of the final starting remuneration within this range will be agreed taking into account the Company's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective and gender-neutral criteria, including professional qualifications, relevant work experience, skills and competencies possessed, and the level of responsibility associated with the position. The position may also provide access to a variable remuneration component of up to 20% of the gross annual remuneration, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable Company incentive scheme.Additional benefits and allowances may be granted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the relevant CCNL,
