Proprli is launching in Italy and seeks its first Customer Success Manager to lay the foundation for success in this country. You will onboard Italian clients, train users, and build the CS function from scratch while collaborating with the CEO and European teams to tailor the approach for Italy.

You’ll work with Italian clients to maximize platform value, influence product direction, and scale support processes. This is a high-impact, launch-ready role with ownership from day one.
