In this role you will lead electrical design across the full project lifecycle for cable manufacturing machinery, collaborating with global teams to deliver reliable, efficient solutions. You'll work on electrical systems, automation, power electronics and drives, from concept through start-up. The role combines hands-on design with international project coordination to improve performance and maintainability. - Design and develop electrical, automation, and control solutions (power electronics, drives)
- Evaluate and select suppliers for electrical panels and automation
- Support installation, commissioning, and start-up at Prysmian plants worldwide




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement through robust engineering solutions
- Degree in Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing), preferably in the Industrial sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage inter-departmental and multicultural relations across countries and plants
- Ability to identify problems and develop collaborative solutions
