Binance is expanding its licensed payment business in Kazakhstan and the broader CIS region and seeks a Legal & Regulatory Counsel to provide end-to-end legal and regulatory support for the local licensed payment entity.
You will engage in licensing, regulatory dialogue, contract review, corporate matters, and ongoing compliance with applicable legal frameworks while coordinating with global legal, compliance, and payments teams.
