Butternut Box is seeking a hands-on Head of Recruitment for the Build pillar to own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales and to support core HR operations. You will partner with hiring managers to maintain velocity and a consistent strategy, manage onboarding, HR admin, data integrity in HiBob, and design engagement initiatives.
The role is fast-paced, data-driven, and people-first, with opportunities to grow into broader HR operations.
