Offer Description
The research activity will consist in the design and development of dual inhibitors of
the ADAM17 and K-RasG12C proteins as potential anti-tumour agents, by using
structure-based in silico methods. An evaluation of the structure-activity




relationships on the targets of interest will also be carried out of the developed
compounds. The final goal of this activity is the identification of molecules with high
efficacy and selectivity, potentially applicable to the treatment of non-small cell lung
cancer.
