Who are we looking for The Business Support Analyst plays a key role within the Business Support department, supporting data-driven decision-making. The role takes responsibility for development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards (and Analytical tools) and process design. The role also supports project management for the department with close collaboration with internal and international stakeholders.
Main responsibilities Manage local and international projects establishing solid governance, timeline, KPI definition
Design, build, and deploy Power BI dashboards and BI reporting tools
Analyze data and trends to provide forward-looking insights
Map and review department processes to improve effectiveness and performance
Contribute to developing Business Cases to drive investments
Personal Characteristics Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail
Curious and eager to learn new tools and methodologies
Proactive problem-solver with strong prioritization skills
Able to thrive in a complex and high-performing environment
Able to drive relationships with multiple stakeholders
Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
Experience in similar roles: 2 years in data analysis,



business intelligence or reporting roles
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Understanding of business processes and ability to link data insights to strategic objectives
Advanced Excel: pivot tables, Power Query, formulas
Knowledge of data visualization principles and KPI design
Excellent knowledge of English language
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (preferred)
