We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
App Quality Analyst / QA Tester
to join our tech team on a fully remote basis (working from anywhere in Italy). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality, reliability, and user experience of our mobile and web applications before they reach our users.
Responsibilities
Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
Identify, document, and track software defects (bugs) using standard issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing to ensure seamless software delivery.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Verify bug fixes and participate in release deployment planning and validation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a QA Tester, Quality Analyst, or similar role in software/app development.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools,



and processes (Agile/Scrum environment experience is a plus).
Experience in testing mobile applications across different devices, screen sizes, and operating systems (iOS and Android).
Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Good command of written and spoken Italian and English; reliable PC and a stable internet connection for remote work.
