We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable
Junior Project Manager
to provide high quality support to our customers.
Planning and scheduling of project activities, including WBS, Gantt charts, and milestones.
Managing the project budget and monitoring costs, including cost control and forecasting.
Coordinating technical teams (Software, Hardware, Mechanical, and Testing) and customer stakeholders.
Managing project risks, including risk identification, mitigation, and escalation.
Preparing and managing periodic reporting for both customers and internal management, including status reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Managing change management activities and ensuring proper assessment and implementation of project changes.
Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages: Fluent Italian and English at B2 level.
Previous experience as a Project Manager or PMO in an industrial environment.
Previous experience in the automotive industry,



preferably with an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
Experience in budget management and cost control.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and PMI/PMBOK.
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and SAP PPM.
