Pillar is seeking a Customer Success Manager - Renewals to turn customer value into lasting growth. Native Italian speaker required.
Based in Milan or Barcelona, you will own the renewal and upsell conversations, understand account health, and act before risk becomes churn. You will engage customers 90 days before renewal, lead renewal and forecasting, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product and CS to remove blockers.
