delays and technical issues and implement practical corrective actions. /liliCoordinate testing, inspections, commissioning activities and final project handover. /liliManage project documentation, reporting, change orders and progress updates. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable HSE, quality and shipyard requirements. /liliLead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders. /liliProactively identify opportunities to improve project execution, efficiency and organization. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliProven experience as a bProject Manager within the shipbuilding, marine or naval industry /b. /liliStrong understanding of the complete shipbuilding project lifecycle, particularly procurement, construction/installation, testing and commissioning. /lilibBroad technical understanding of several marine disciplines /b, preferably including piping, HVAC and interior/outfitting. /liliExperience working directly with shipyards, suppliers and subcontractors. /liliExperience working on board vessels and during bdry-dock projects /b is highly preferred. /liliStrong project planning, coordination and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to understand technical drawings, specifications and different project scopes. /liliAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors and priorities in a demanding project environment. /liliStrong commercial awareness and understanding of project costs, schedules and contractual requirements.
