Overview
As an ASPIRE Finance Associate, you join a two-year structured rotation program designed to build finance, business, and leadership capabilities. You will rotate through commercial finance, supply chain finance, FP&A;, treasury, and investor relations, guided by coaching and mentoring. You contribute to tangible business outcomes while expanding your network with global finance leaders. Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Degree completed within the last 24 months
GPA ******* or higher
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Continuous learning mindset, accountability, integrity, and collaborative teamwork
Geographically mobile based on role/assignment
Legally entitled to work without sponsorship or time restrictions in the country of application
