We are seeking a diligent and analytical Trust & Safety Associate to join our growing remote operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding our digital community, enforcing platform safety policies, and reviewing user-generated content to maintain a secure, compliant, and welcoming online environment.

Responsibilities:

- Review, investigate, and moderate user reports, content flags, and escalated cases across our platform in accordance with established trust and safety policies.
- Identify emerging trends, potential safety risks, fraudulent activities, and policy violations.
- Collaborate closely with policy, legal, and product teams to refine safety guidelines and improve moderation efficiency.
- Handle sensitive or complex cases with high precision, emotional resilience, and professional judgment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and logs of review decisions, escalations, and daily productivity metrics.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in trust and safety,



content moderation, customer support, or compliance operations.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet daily review targets.
- Good proficiency in digital collaboration tools, ticketing systems, and basic data tracking (Google Workspace, MS Office, Excel).
- Excellent written communication skills and a strong commitment to maintaining online safety standards.
