As a Manager in Strategy& Aerospace and Defence, you lead complex, cross-functional projects and teams to shape corporate strategy and delivery transformations.
You'll work with senior clients in Europe and Italy to define growth, market, and program strategies, while driving multi-disciplinary execution and value realization.
You'll mentor colleagues, build key client relationships, and contribute to a national rollout of Strategy&'s capabilities, with a clear focus on impact and pragmatic implementation.

Lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative strategies
Collaborate with high-profile clients to drive transformational change in Aerospace and Defence
Develop and govern corporate and market strategies, and go-to-market plans
Lead delivery across engagement lifecycles, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes
Foster strong client relationships and act as a thought leader in the sector
Mentor and develop junior consultants; inspire and grow the team




Drive follow-up opportunities and long-term client value with international projects
Participate in multinational defence programs and adapt to diverse client environments
Proven track record of career progression in strategy consulting (5-7 years) in Aerospace and Defence or similar corporate environments
Bachelor (and typically a Masters/MBA) from a world-class institution
Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems
Experience leading teams, managing delivery, and handling complex M&A;, business planning, and go-to-market work
Fluent in Italian and English; additional European language a plus
Willingness to travel internationally and work with senior stakeholders
Ability to secure follow-on projects and build long-term client relationships
