Responsabilità essenziali
Your day in the life of Purchasing Intern at ITT Novitek
In this role, you will support the team with the following responsibilities:
RdA control and release
OdA control and release
Issuing of approved orders
Checking orders with different invoices (accounting reporting)
Analysis of price lists / inforecords in the system and comparison of offers




Communication with suppliers and internal customers
Validation process for commercial agreements
Supplier master data
Activity reporting

Key requirements are:
Degree in Economics, Management or similar
Good knowledge of MS Office Package applications in particular Excel
Interest in Supply and Purchasing topics
Proactive approach and negotiation skills
Constructive and collaborative approach to problem solving
Eager to learn and open to feedback
Good english knowledge, both spoken then written
