Overview
In this role you will coordinate analytical project aspects and support Project Managers to deliver on time and cost targets.
You'll ensure compliance with internal directives, standards, and regulatory requirements, while applying basic planning techniques.
You will prepare materials for project reviews, issue and track orders, and help mitigate HSE risks.
This position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, documentation accuracy, and timely procurement in a hybrid work model.
You'll work in ABB's Measurement & Analytics division, shaping safe, efficient industrial solutions.

Coordinate assigned aspects of analytical projects and support project delivery
Ensure compliance with ABB directives, cybersecurity, standards, and contractual requirements
Analyze planned vs. actual project performance under supervision
Prepare materials for project reviews and assist in reviews
Issue, monitor,



and release orders (RDA) to meet specifications and cost targets
Communicate project information to stakeholders effectively
Mitigate HSE risks in collaboration with management
Apply basic project planning techniques and update ongoing projects
Own assigned tasks and coordinate with team for planning and control
Issue project lists and maintain documentation accuracy with external resources
Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and engineering costs in line with obligations
Requisiti fondamentali
4+ years in process automation with instrumentation and analyzers experience preferred
High self-motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies
Collaborative, solution-focused with strong written and spoken communication
Degree in Chemical, Electrical or related fields
Proficient in English and Italian
