Responsabilità
Lead the Maintenance & Engineering organization across a site of ~300 employees, coordinating a multidisciplinary team of 20+ professionals to maximise plant availability and reliability
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, analyze downtime and KPIs, identify root causes and implement improvements
Oversee engineering functions, manage investments, capital projects, and technical development initiatives aligned with medium- and long-term plant strategy
Manage maintenance and engineering budgets, costs,



and external partners to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality technical solutions
Collaborate with Production and other functions to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement and best practices
Build and develop a high-performing team while ensuring Health, Safety & Compliance and supporting career development and regulatory standards
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable technical qualification
Minimum 5 years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in manufacturing; packaging industry is a strong advantage
Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, root cause analysis, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
Experience managing maintenance projects, capital investments, budgets, and external contractors with a focus on cost optimization
Good level of English
