Overview
In this senior role, you will support financing and capital markets activity for the Group, handling complex transactions from start to finish.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders, banks, and advisors in a fast-paced, international setting.
The role may involve exposure to M&A;, bancassurance, and strategic partnerships, and requires autonomous project leadership with pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.

Responsabilità
Provide legal support across the full lifecycle of complex financing, debt and equity capital markets transactions
Advise on intragroup financing arrangements and treasury-related projects
Structure and negotiate alternative risk transfer/reinsurance arrangements including insurance-linked securities
Coordinate with internal teams, financial institutions, arrangers and external advisors in a fast-paced international environment
Manage multiple workstreams with a high degree of autonomy and deliver practical, business-oriented legal guidance on strategically relevant matters
Engage in M&A; exposure when relevant,



including bancassurance initiatives and strategic partnership projects
Draft, review and negotiate complex transaction documentation independently
Interact with senior stakeholders and maintain effective project governance and timelines
Requisiti fondamentali
Master's Degree in Law and qualification to practice law
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in leading international law firms and/or multinational financial institutions
Solid experience in financing transactions, debt capital markets and other strategic corporate transactions
Proven ability to independently draft, review and negotiate complex transaction documentation
Strong project management skills and experience interacting with senior stakeholders in international environments
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
