UniCredit Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior Trade & Working Capital Sales Manager to join the Trade Finance Sales Italy team based in Milan.The successful candidate will be a proven product specialist with a strong commercial track record and will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of UniCredit’s Trade Finance business within the Large Corporate segment. The role involves originating, structuring and delivering innovative trade and working capital solutions,



while building long-term strategic relationships and supporting clients in their international trade and treasury optimization needs.As a senior member of the team, you will combine commercial leadership, client engagement and structuring expertise to originate complex transactions, influence strategic client decisions and contribute to the continued growth of one of UniCredit's core business franchises.

What you'll be doing
Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers and senior corporate decision-makers across Italy's leading corporate groups.Drive the origination, structuring and execution of sophisticated Trade Finance and Working Capital solutions, including complex and cross-border transactions.Strengthen UniCredit's position as the partner of choice for Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance.Create value for Client Solutions - Group Trade & Correspondent Banking through sustainable revenue generation and portfolio profitability optimization.Build and execute strategic client plans in partnership with Coverage teams and senior stakeholders across th
