YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and develop service equipment to enable efficient repairs for both new and existing productsDevelop and maintain spare parts Bill of Materials (BOM), incorporating all necessary updates and instructions to guarantee accuracy and completenessAnalyze historical data and collaborate with logistics and operations teams to forecast spare parts and tooling requirementsOptimize spare parts costs to achieve effective resource utilization and reduce operational expensesYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDegree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical fieldKnowledge of BOM management; good knowledge of manufacturing processes and repair procedureUnderstanding of spare parts lifecycle and service equipment designFamiliarity with CAD tools for designing service tools and fixturesExperience with DC fast charging technology and high-voltage systems would be a strong plusData analysis skills (Excel, Power BI) for forecasting and cost optimizationStructured approach to work, solution oriented and customer focus mindsetFluency in EnglishOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesTotal compensation starting from € 45.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievementAdditional company benefitsThe compensation indicated represents the minimum total compensation for this role.
