The candidate will also play an active role in promoting a culture of efficiency across the organization, with the goal to maximize the value creation of the initiatives carried out in the industrial division.Development Path : grow within a role designed from the outset around a broad scope and a clear development path, with increasing responsibilities over time.Key Objectives and ResponsibilitiesGain trust within the organization at all levels and establish solid relationships within Corporate functions and stakeholders,



becoming a credible Business Partner to the organization.Lead the implementation of thenew Industrial Controlling Model, with particular focus onProduct Costs, Capex and Inventory, supporting the related process redesign. Contribute to theS&OP process, strengthening the connection between Supply Chain and FinancePlay an active role in the evolution of theSAP environment and controlling model, including:Material Ledger implementationon one side, aimed at developing a consistent financial and industrial data model and enhancing profitability analysis across the value chain; andPlant efficiency project streamson the other, throughPMOinitiatives related tocost deployment, plant efficiency, capacity utilization and decomplexityEnhance thecurrent Controlling / Reporting Modelto enable quicker and effective analysis of industrial performance. ManageBudget, Forecast and Planningactivities and cadence for the relevant perimeter, identifying trends and challenging figures, and assumptions when appropriate Develop financial evaluations and Business Cases, including Capex investments and Make vs Buy analysesProvide both Finance and Business stakeholders the information required to increase awareness, sustained by robust analytics, and identify actions to improve P&L and cash flow performanceSupport the deployment of Industrial Controllingbest practicesacross the organization and the progressiveautomation of processes and reporting.Requirements (“Must have”):Hard SkillsDegree inEconomics, Business Administration or EngineeringApproximately8 - 10 yearsof professional experience, with a solid track record inIndustrial / Manufacturing Controlling,
