This mid-level role covers the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations for the Italian entity, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Italian GAAP (OIC), and timely reporting. You will work closely with the local management team and collaborate with Emeren’s international finance function. /ppbr/ppbWhat You Will Do /b /ppbGeneral Ledger Reporting /b /pulliMaintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all accounting entries. /liliPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Italian GAAP (OIC) and internal reporting requirements. /liliSupport the preparation of management reports and financial analyses for local and group-level stakeholders. /liliCoordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing documentation and explanations as required. /li /ulpbr/ppbAccounts Payable Receivable /b /pulliProcess and verify supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding, approval workflows, and timely payment. /liliManage customer invoicing and monitor outstanding receivables, following up on overdue balances. /liliPerform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records. /liliLiaise with vendors, clients,



and internal teams to resolve any invoicing or payment discrepancies. /li /ulpbr/ppbTax Compliance Filing /b /pulliPrepare and submit periodic tax filings, including VAT (IVA), corporate income tax (IRES/IRAP), and withholding tax returns. /liliEnsure ongoing compliance with Italian tax regulations and monitor legislative updates that may impact the company. /liliLiaise with external tax advisors and the group tax function on complex matters and annual tax provisions. /li /ulpbr/ppbPayroll Accounting /b /pulliPost and reconcile monthly payroll entries in coordination with the external payroll provider. /liliEnsure accurate accounting of social security contributions, employee benefits, and other payroll-related costs. /liliSupport year-end payroll closing activities and contribute to statutory filings as required. /li /ulpbr/ppbProject Accounting Cost Control /b /pulliMaintain project-level accounting records, tracking costs, revenues, and margins for solar development and construction projects. /liliMonitor project budgets versus actuals, flagging variances and supporting cost control initiatives. /liliPrepare project financial reports for internal stakeholders and support any project financing or due diligence requirements. /liliCoordinate with the project development team to ensure correct capitalisation and accounting treatment of project costs. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat You Bring /b /pulli5+ years of experience in accounting,
