A key player in major strategic programs at the global level, Leonardo is a technology and industrial partner to governments, defence administrations, institutions, and businesses.Si assicuri di leggere l'intera descrizione riportata di seguito e di candidarsi immediatamente se è affidabile/a di soddisfare tutti i requisiti.For our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Contract Management Specialist.Mission:Advice PM about all the contractual aspects during the entire life cycle of the project, formulating any contractual changes and supporting the PM in evaluating KPIs.Activities:Support Risk Managers to identify contract risksSupport the analysis of clients requirements during the bidding phaseSupport the evaluation of the contract requirements to evaluate technical and economical feasibilitySupport the definition of the High Level schedule based on contractual milestoneSupport the definition of the High Level budget based on contractual requirementsCreate the Work Order RequestInteract with the client during the contract signatureParticipate to the first project meeting to start the activitiesIdentify of the contractual milestone,



including those related to paymentsSupport the definition of the revenues plan and perform the creation into the company toolSupport the analysis of contractual requirementsMeasure initiatives performances through predefined KPIsParticipate in meetings with the project team to discuss project evolution/trend and performancesSupport the definition of corrective actions to guarantee the adherence to project planParticipate in meetings with the client to discuss project performances/criticalities or delays (PMR/SAL)Support to analyze changes required by the clientNegotiate with client in terms of contractual requirements and/or revenues expectedCollaborate to review Budget (related to financial aspects) and create a new baseline to measure the performanceCollaborate, if necessary, to manage transportation activities (including certification management…)Support the management of licensing (import / export).Guarantee the coordination with the competent divisional Legal OU after the signing of the contract and support, if requested the drafting of the contract and its amendments (also during the negotiation phases)Identify suitable preventive and corrective actions (concerning debt collection, formulating and negotiating any contractual changes) contributing, as well, to prices revisions.Provide support in the management of disputes with the client in case of complaints or failure to satisfy the contractual agreementRequirements:Degree in Economics or Engineering preferredAbility to analyze contractual requirements and understand their technical and economic impactsGood understanding of budgeting,



forecasting, and revenue management conceptsGood knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of English (B2 level or higher)Soft skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skills, including with customersAbility to work in a team and interface with different stakeholders (PM, legal, finance, customer)Problem-solving attitude and results orientationOrganizational skills and ability to manage prioritiesNice to haveExperience in structured or multinational environmentsExperience, even minimal, in contract negotiation activitiesWHAT WE OFFEREngagement, recognition of skills, and a strong focus on people's well-being and safety are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.
