pbr / /ppCEVA Logistics is looking for a strongProcurement Manager /strong to manage the indirect procurement for all Products with country scope plus the Warehouse Equipment category in Italy, aligning procurement activities with global and regional strategies and local business needs. /ppReporting to the Regional Category Manager, you will manage sourcing projects, commercial negotiations and supplier relationships within your category. You will work closely with Operations, Finance and other business functions to secure solutions that deliver quality, reliability and competitive total cost. /ppYour Responsibilities /pulliTranslate regional category strategies into local procurement plans, agreeing priorities and activities with internal stakeholders. /liliManage the end-to-end sourcing process, including requirements analysis, supplier identification and qualification, tendering, bid evaluation and commercial negotiations. /liliRecommend supplier selection and coordinate contract finalization with Legal, in accordance with delegated authority and approval requirements. /liliIdentify and deliver opportunities for cost savings, working capital optimization and improvements in equipment total cost of ownership. /liliPromote the use of global and regional agreements, consolidate demand and improve contract coverage. /liliManage supplier relationships, monitor performance and agree corrective actions to address quality, service or delivery issues. /liliCollaborate with Operations and technical teams to assess equipment specifications and identify solutions that meet operational needs. /liliTrack and report procurement KPIs, project progress and financial results, validating benefits with Finance.



/liliEnsure compliance with Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay policies and incorporate sustainability criteria into purchasing activities. /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools, sharing best practices across the regional network. /li /ulpbr / /ppYour Profile /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. /lilistrongRelevant procurement experience /strong, including independent management of sourcing projects, negotiations and contracts. /liliSound knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation and supplier relationship management. /liliAbility to analyze spend, cost structures, payment terms and savings opportunities. /liliStrong organizational and prioritization skills, with an analytical and results-oriented approach. /liliAbility to build effective relationships, negotiate and influence stakeholders across functions in a matrix organization. /liliProficiency in Excel and experience using ERP systems and e-sourcing or procurement tools. /liliProfessional proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English. /li /ulpExperience in logistics or 3PL, knowledge of warehouse and industrial equipment—including purchasing, leasing and maintenance arrangements—and a Procurement or Supply Chain certification would be an advantage. /ppWhat We Offer: /ppbr / /pullistrongWork location: /strong Assago (MI) /lilistrongContract: /strong Permanent, full-time /lilistrongCollective agreement:
