You will be coordinating closely with electrical design engineers, laboratory engineers and sampling technicians to jointly create motors from concept to pilot run. You will report to the Project Manager of Brushless Blowers.What you will do:Design and development of new products by 3D CAD based on product specs (design, reliability and cost requirements)Design customization of existing products in accordance with specific customer requirements and specificationsSustaining of legacy products (i.E. implementation of design change for cost reduction, manufacturing process optimization, etc)Manage part lists and bill of materials by Windchill and SAPSupport closely and actively Lab testing and construction of samplesSoftware customization, parametrization and tuning based on specific Customers requirements, including proof of concept and system validation by laboratory testingContribute to the definition of qualification test plan for Brushless Blowers and Steppers (controller, motor, air management system, etc)Close interaction with colleagues located in Serbia and Czech Republic plantsSupport manufacturing for Manufacturing Check Samples construction and Pilot Run productionWhat we are looking for:Higher Technician Diploma (ITS Academy Lombardia)



or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design and development of electric motors or comparable electromechanical products for high-volume production, using 3D CAD toolsFamiliarity with mass-production manufacturing processes, with a focus on cost optimization and design-to-cost principlesUnderstanding of aeraulic and fluid dynamic basic principlesBasic electronic knowhow applied to drivers for brushless motors and steppersAbility to interact effectively and professionally with cross-functional teams and production facilitiesStrong analytical skills for design optimisation and troubleshootingComfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple projectsGood knowledge of English and Italian LanguagesCompensationCurrency: EURSalary Minimum: MarketSalary Maximum: MarketIncentive: MarketDisclaimer: Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
