The role combines strong technical expertise with project leadership, ensuring high-performance, manufacturable, and cost-effective solutions, while guiding and developing junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full design lifecycle of a complete vehicle area, from concept definition to final production releaseOversee 3D modelling, detailed design, and technical drawing creation for components and assembliesCoordinate all phases of development, including initial assembly and testing activitiesInterface with suppliers and the purchasing department to optimise technical solutions and manufacturabilityDrive design decisions by balancing performance, cost, timing, and project prioritiesMentor and support junior designers,
