As the Application Security Lead, you will guide security-by-design across development teams to protect applications from threats. You’ll define standards, review architectures, and respond to incidents, shaping secure software at scale. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to embed security into the product lifecycle and drive continuous improvement. - Lead security initiatives across the organization with security-by-design from early development stages

- Develop and maintain secure coding standards and guidelines for development teams

- Review application architecture to identify security gaps and propose controls

- Monitor applications for security issues and respond to incidents

- Maintain documentation of security controls, test results, and compliance evidence

- Knowledge of security frameworks such as SAMM, ASVS, NIST CSF

- Experience with SAST/DAST tools (Checkmarx, Black Duck, Snyk or xysqume equivalents)

- Understanding of ISO 27000, NIS2, DORA, ACN guidelines, PCI-DSS and their impact on security

- English proficiency at C1 level
