Lago di Como's Duty Engineer is in charge of the Resort's preventive and remedial maintenance.Duties and responsibilities:Maintenance of the plumbing systemMaintenance of the electrical systemMaintenance of the air-conditioning systemMaintenance of the fire protection systemMaintenance of the Pool and thermal areasMaintenance of the Building Management Systems (BMS)Construction, painting and carpentry workSupport in the events' setting upComply with all health and safety regulationsRequirements:Plumbing and electrical skillsPrevious experience in the hospitality or retail industryAble to promptly report damages and/or malfunctioningsAble to adequately give assistance xysqume to external companiesBe proactive and reactive with regards to damages and emergenciesDiagnosis and resolution skillsTeamwork skillsBasic IT knowledgeBe precise and punctualAble to work with flexible schedules and hours (at night, on weekends and festivities)Valid Driving LicenseEnglish knowledge will be considered a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
