The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business performance by leveraging market insights, enhancing online visibility, and developing relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and local partners. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDevelop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR and RevPAR. /liliManage and optimize online distribution channels, including OTAs, direct booking platforms and other digital sales channels. /liliMonitor market trends, competitor activity and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities. /liliAnalyze hotel performance KPIs and prepare regular reports and recommendations. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities related to events, trade fairs, conferences and local initiatives. /liliDevelop and maintain partnerships with companies, travel agencies, tour operators and key stakeholders. /liliSupport the definition and implementation of commercial, promotional and revenue growth strategies. /liliCollaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to enhance guest acquisition and retention initiatives. /liliContribute to the growth of direct bookings and the optimization of the hotel's digital presence.
