You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of assigned administrative tasks, supporting smooth operational execution and high service quality for customers and internal stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesProcessing and registering export shipments, including order entry and executionOrganizing freight movements and customs handling while monitoring timelines, appointments, and compliancePreparing, monitoring, and following up on quotations and special customer ordersPreparing billing, ensuring accurate invoicing, and supporting accounting through statistics and KPI maintenancePreparing and managing operational documentation, including delivery bills, bills of lading, letters of credit compliant documents, and customs paperworkSupporting and advising customers and agents while handling complaints, NCRs, and CAPA activitiesDocumenting, filing, and optimizing workflows while performing general administrative tasks and supporting supervisors in projectsExecuting Dangerous Goods shipments in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsQualifications1-3 years of working experience in international forwardingUniversity degree (nice to have)Diploma (High school)
