KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and implement the commercial strategy across domestic and international markets.
- Lead and develop the sales organizations dedicated to the Italian and export markets.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and effective management of the commercial budget.
- Develop strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and international partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and growth markets.
- Manage major commercial negotiations and support the Group’s competitive positioning.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales Director or senior commercial leadership roles within B2B industrial environments.
- Proven track record managing international businesses and structured sales organizations.
- Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth.
- Fluent English; a second language is an advantage.
