In this role you will lead the Europe eCommerce strategy to drive growth across Pure Players, Omni Channel, B2B and Marketplaces. You will own the EU eCommerce P&L and collaborate with regional and Group teams to set the channel's strategic role for each category. You’ll steer growth enablers like assortment, pricing, content, and digital operations to optimize ROI. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to accelerate marketplace expansion and elevate online customer experience.
