At Divita DMC, we are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Florence.

We work exclusively with international travel professionals, creating bespoke luxury journeys across Italy, France, Greece, Spain, and Portugal. From exceptional hotels and private guides to privileged access and carefully crafted experiences, we bring together the people, places, and stories that make a journey personal.

Your role

You will turn travel ideas into seamless experiences, working closely with our team, international partners, and local suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating bookings, suppliers, and the daily operational details of bespoke itineraries.

• Preparing and checking quotations, confirmations, travel documents, and schedules.

• Communicating clearly and promptly with travel advisors, tour operators, hotels, guides, and other service providers.

• Anticipating potential issues, managing changes, and finding practical solutions.

• Supporting guests and partners throughout each journey.

• Sharing information and responsibilities with colleagues to ensure every itinerary receives the attention it deserves.

Who we are looking for





You have previous experience in luxury travel and outbound tourism , and understand the expectations of international luxury travelers.

Fluent written and spoken English is essential. You must be comfortable managing professional correspondence and conversations in English every day.

You are organized, precise, and able to handle multiple journeys without losing sight of the smallest details. You take ownership, stay calm when plans change, and know when to act independently and when to involve your colleagues.
