We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Brand team located in Milan. The best profile has a strong background in social media for a luxury brand and can act as the brand's face and voice across all channels. **Responsibilities**
- Execute the social media strategy and programs aligned with brand
- Articulate social media strategy, tailored to each channel, in partnership with business stakeholders
- Work with regional teams to maintain consistent brand guidelines, messaging, and content across local social media channels
- Set the right KPIs and benchmarks for each social platform with focusing on engagement and conversations.
- Support the Team in day-to-day activities including editing, publishing and sharing daily content across all Golden Goose Social Media properties.
- Guarantee a correct execution of the Editorial Calendar.
- Help to increase the visibility of Social Media content from an organic and paid perspective.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, providing full reports of the Social activities.
- Work diligently to define and maintain a publication's style, tone of voice,



editorial guidelines and publishing requirements
- Be updated on current fashion trends and the latest news from the fashion, design and celebrities’ world. Monitor the fashion competitive scenario, events, key trends and opportunities relevant for social media. **Requirements**: - 8-10 years of previous work experience as a social media manager in a fashion, luxury environment
- Demonstrated experience in creating successful social media programs that have scaled globally
- Excellent English verbal & writing communication skills (English mother tongue preferred)
- Utmost attention to detail and ability to multitask are mandatory
- Passionate about all things digital, plus basic knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
