ppThe Legal Specialist mission is to support the Legal team by providing proactive legal advice to the business, as well as by implementing initiatives and processes aimed at standardization and at fostering a strong culture of integrity, ethical behavior and responsibility. /ph3REQUIREMENTS /h3pThe candidate must hold a Law degree and at least 1-2 years of experience as legal counsel in a legal department of an energy or construction company or with an international law firm. /pulliExcellent drafting and negotiating skills in English; other languages, including Italian, will be a distinct advantage; /liliFluent, professional-level proficiency in English is essential, with the ability to draft, negotiate, and communicate complex legal matters clearly and effectively in an international business environment; /liliProven experience in handling contract reviews, drafting and negotiation; /liliFamiliarity with energy, construction or EPC projects and with standard forms of contracts (e.G.
